I completed a holistic, comprehensive education in nutrition, including anatomy and physiology and the relationship between diet and our physical and mental health (School of Health accredited by Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners).
I have also come a long way in my personal growth and harmonizing the needs of my body, my mind and also my soul.
As a holistic therapist, I focus on the uniqueness of each person and their individual predisposition to diseases.

Diet also goes hand in hand with lifestyle, your attitude towards life and so on.
Everything is related to everything, so if we suppress or ignore the problem, it will not go away.. it will be only pushed deeper in the body. We need to take a good look at it from all sides to get to know it and to understand what our body wants to tell us.

By filling out the questionnaire, we will save time during our meeting and I will know who you are and what are your needs.
Book an appointment for our online meeting, which will last around 60 minutes. During the consultation, we will discuss your questionnaire in more detail and look in-depth at your existing symptoms. At this appointment, we will put together the best programme to help you move forward and meet your health goals.
The consultation will take place in person or as a video call via Google Meet, Skype, Instagram or Facebook Messenger depending on your choice.
After our appointment I will send you a personalized nutrition programme, including a suggestion of a daily diet, other positive changes and recommendations for your lifestyle with all the details.
In about 4-8 weeks we will meet again and discuss what changes have taken place for you and how we will continue.
